Career: you're outgrowing a role, weighing up a leap, or wanting work that uses more of who you are.
Life journey: a chapter is closing and you're unsure what the next one asks of you.
Retirement: you're looking for identity beyond a title and a new rhythm of purpose.
You keep circling the same question, and you're ready to stop circling.
Is this for you?
You're standing at a crossroads
The Crossroads Program is for one decision or transition that needs clarity and momentum, and to help bring clarity and direction to it.

The Crossroads Program
A 3 week Tarot Guided Coaching Session
Three weekly sessions to take one decision from unclear to committed. We use the Tarot as a mirror to help you hear what you already know, then turn it into a direction and a first step

WEEK 3
Who do I need to become?
Commit to the first step
We meet the person you're becoming, name what may test you and what will hold you steady, and close with a short ceremony that marks the end of the program and the start of your next chapter
You leave with: one committed step, one simple ritual and an anchor card

WEEK 2
What are my real options?
Choose a direction
We look at your key values, and assess where you are against them. We name your real options and read what each one would ask of you, along with a hidden third way you may not have let yourself see. Then test your direction in the real world before our final session
You leave with: a chosen direction, the cost you accept and a small real world test
CROSSROADS SPREAD
Two paths, what each asks and a hidden third way
WEEK 1
Unearth
Where am I really standing?
Name your True Question
We look at three turning points that shaped where you are now, then read a spread that moves from what you're leaving behind to what you're afraid to want. Together we draft the real question underneath your initial question.
You leave with: your True Question, written down.

How we use the Tarot
-
The cards are a mirror, not a prediction. They help you hear what you already know.
The cards open the conversation. You remain the authority on your own life
-
You don't need a deck or any experience. All card work happens in session.
-
Your own response to a card matters more than its traditional meaning.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to know anything about the Tarot Cards?
No. You don't need a deck or any experience. I lay and read the cards in our sessions and your respond to what you see, and we discuss further what these mean.
Will the cards tell me what to do?
No. The cards don't predict or decide. They give us a way into the conversation, and the choices stay with you.
Can we meet online?
Yes. Sessions work in person or by video. Online, you see the spread on screen and receive the photo afterwards.
What if my question changes along the way?
That's progress. If Week 2 shows your True Question needs refining, we take time to refine it before we chart the way forward.
How much time do I need between sessions?
About five to ten minutes a day for the check-in and journal prompts, plus one small real-world test in Week 2.
